Use this time to be with yourself and listen to what is coming up for you. What is happening inside of you that wants and deserves to be seen and heard? This is a time for you to connect with you and yourself alone. With that being said, there will be no communication or connection of any kind with the outside world or any other retreat guests. No talking, tv, phones or devices, no reading books. This is an opportunity to meditate and reflect, to explore things that are on your mind and in your heart. This is a great time to walk the labyrinth in contemplation, explore the 6 acres of forest that surrounds the retreat center, dip your feet in the ocean (a 5 minute walk from the retreat center), journal and/or create art expressing the things that come up. We will gently emerge from our silence when we have the fire releasing ceremony at 6pm.
(Optional: The darkness can be a potent and very telling place to sit in as well. If you wish to dive in a little deeper, blindfolds will be available. If there is ever a time you need unspoken emotional support, a facilitator is available for you at all times.)

6-7:45pm - Cacao & Fire Releasing Ceremony
Kirsten will be guiding us through the journey of a heart opening Cacao and fire releasing ceremony.
Cacao ceremonies have been around for thousands of years, dating back to the Mayan and Aztec traditions of Central and South America, is used for spiritual, medicinal, and ceremonial purposes for inner awakening and creative guidance. Pure cacao is used as a medicine to open the heart and for people to safely experience awakening, revelation, and inner healing.
Cacao is used in a sacred medicinal ritual, where intentions are set and, once consumed, euphoric states are unlocked, negative emotions are released and we can connect with ourselves and the loving energy of our body.
The Cacao Ceremony is a way to connect with your own being and spiritual guides on an energetic level. It is a way to travel to the energetic world where you can release so much accumulated energy, and you can open to receive energy from Mother Earth and the Cacao Spirit. During a cacao ceremony, it is about reconnecting with oneness, with your heart space, and with nature.
The cacao spirit can heal the protective armor that you have placed around your heart. Cacao can be a balm for your soul and it comes in a very kind way that gently invites you to surrender to the path of love.
It is the medicine of Love.
8-10pm - Meditation & Ecstatic Dance

8-10pm - Meditation & Ecstatic Dance
Sara will lead us into our ecstatic dance with a lovely heart opening meditation.
Dance wildly, unabashedly and ecstatically under the fullness of the Harvest Moon. Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm of the music and move freely as the music leads them into a trance like state with a feeling of ecstasy taking over their mind, body and spirit. Dancers have described feeling connected to others, connected to themselves and to their own emotions. The dance serves as a form of meditation, helping people to attain perspective and serenity.
This dance is an invitation to explore the depths of yourself, your own ancient nature and wisdom, that perhaps you never knew existed. You are a magical and radiant bearer of light, dear one... allow this dance to be your chance to remember and return to that. To drop all the stagnation holding you down, so that you may begin to GLOW from the inside out, and share your radiance and love with the world around you.

~ Frequently Asked Questions ~
Who are your retreats suitable for?
The intention for our retreats is to co-create a safe container for all to co-exist. To spread love, and spread the opportunity to grow, rise and heal to all human beings. With that said, our retreats are ALL inclusive. This is what creates the most profound, positive impact for the world to rise together as ONE. These retreats are available and safe to anyone who resonates with our offerings and wishes to participate - regardless of gender or sexual orientation/identity, race, religion, or anything that may create a division or barrier of entry in other spaces. In this community, you are welcome to come exactly as you are. Open-minded, kind-hearted, growth enthusiasts UNITE. We greatly look forward to a deep and meaningful connection with every soul inside this container and would absolutely love for you to join us if our offerings and intentions feel aligned.
Is there an age requirement to attend your retreats?
At this time, our retreats are aimed to support people who are 18+,
however, we have dreams of one day offering retreats to support people of all ages.
What are the food options like for people who have certain allergies?
All meals will be whole food and plant based.
If you have any food allergies, simply let us know and we will gladly accommodate.
Is transportation provided to & from the retreat center?
Transportation to and from the retreat center is not included in the retreat price.
We recommend arranging transportation from the airport by either renting a car, or carpooling with other retreat goers.
This retreat is located approximately 2hrs 15min from SeaTac International Airport (SEA).
Once you have registered for the retreat, you will be given the link to a private Facebook group page that we encourage you to join.
You are welcome to post there and ask if any other participants are interested in carpooling.
Joining the group also offers a neat opportunity for you to get to know the other participants prior to the retreat,
arrange roommate situations, and to keep in touch after the retreat has ended!
Is daily housekeeping included?
Ahhhh yes, the joys of someone else doing the dirty work! While we do not provide daily room cleaning service, we do take care of all the meals outlined in your program and NO DISH DUTY for you! Our intention is to cultivate a relaxed, carefree environment for you.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothing for all activities
(bring layers for cold/warm weather, hiking/walking shoes)
Yoga Mat, journal/pen & alter item
Personal hygiene & comfort items
(tooth paste, body/hair wash, pillow, blanket.. etc.)
Can I share a room with a friend?
If you have a friend you’d like to share accommodations with, be sure to clearly indicate that when you register for your retreat, and if the room structure allows it, it will happen. Otherwise roommates are selected randomly in shared rooms (trust us, you will love everyone you meet!).
Can I bring my service animal?
We all love animals, but for many reasons, sadly the answer is no. Thank you for understanding.
What is the price to attend this retreat?
Pricing, payment and policies can be found a little further down this page.
What are the sleeping arrangements like?
There are a few different options to choose from:
- Your own private bedroom and bathroom
